Registration

The table below summarizes the registration fees for EuroPar 2018:

Notes

• Each accepted paper must be presented at the workshops/conference by one author registered as speaker. In lack of such registration, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
• Conference speakers must register on or before June 1st, 2018. Workshop speakers must register on or before July 12th, 2018. In case of conference and workshop speakers, the earliest deadline applies.
• There is no late fee for student registrations. Students willing to attend the conference at the discounted rate must register by the early registration deadline.
• Students who are also speakers must register as speakers.
• Workshop registrations cover lunches and coffee breaks on 27-28 August 2018 and the welcome cocktail. Conference registrations cover lunches and coffee breaks on 29-31 August 2018, the welcome cocktail and the gala dinner.
• The registration form requires some personal details (country and date of birth, etc.) which are necessary for invoicing. This information will not be shared with third parties nor used for any other purpose (see also the privacy policy in the "Terms and Conditions" document at the bottom of the registration form).

Registration procedure

1. Fill out the registration form with your data and payment.
2. Fill out the participation form to let us know which events/days you're planning to attend during Euro-Par 2018.

Cancellation policy

To cancel your registration please please contact congress@stilema-to.it by email. Refunds will be made if cancellation is requested before 15th July 2018. A fee of € 100 will be charged for processing the cancellation. No refund will be made for cancellations received after 16th July 2018 or for no shows.

The registration can also be switched to another person: please notify congress@stilema-to.it and wait for confirmation.

Visa

We can provide a visa support letter to participants needing a visa to attend the conference. Please fill this form and send it to the organization agency via e-mail to congress@stilema-to.it. Please note that it is necessary to register before asking for a visa support letter.
